Spring Form Pan for Cheesecake, 9 Inch with Leakproof Silicone Sleeve

About this item

• NO LEAKS IN THE WATER BATH – Nest the 9 inch springform pan in the included silicone sleeve and bake cheesecake in a water bath without foil wrapping. The sleeve keeps water out and catches any batter that seeps from the seam, so the crust stays dry. Keep the bath water below the sleeve rim. The gentle, even heat of a water bath helps prevent surface cracks, bake after bake.
• EASY RELEASE, PARCHMENT OPTIONAL – Unlock the latch, lift off the ring and slide your dessert off the removable base. The NONSTICK COATING on the ring and base helps cakes let go cleanly, edges included. With this spring form pan for cheesecake you can usually skip parchment, though a parchment round helps with fragile graham or gluten-free crusts.
• STURDY BUILD FOR REPEATED BAKING – This nonstick 9 inch springform pan is made of 0.4 mm heavy-gauge carbon steel with a stainless steel latch, thicker than most thin-gauge springform pans, and designed to resist warping and flaking with regular use. The silicone sleeve has a reinforced rim and thick wall that keeps its shape. Both pieces are oven safe to 450°F.
• EASY CLEANUP, DISHWASHER SAFE – The cheesecake pan and the silicone sleeve are both dishwasher safe. Thanks to the nonstick surfaces, a quick wash in warm soapy water and a rinse are usually all it takes, and regular hand washing helps the pan and its coating last longer. Less scrubbing means more time to enjoy your dessert.
• 2 PANS IN 1 SET – Nest them for water baths or use them apart. The springform pan (9 in inside, 2.6 in tall) is ideal for cheesecakes, layer cakes, quiches, tarts, and deep-dish pizza, and bakes that need browning. The silicone sleeve (10-10.2 in inside, 2.2 in tall) works as a stand-alone pan for recipes high in sugar or fat, such as brownies, and for delicate or frozen desserts.
