About this item
- Homemade Bread: Rise, portion and score breads like a pro! This kit includes all you need to bake loaf after loaf of perfectly shaped, beautifully patterned, authentic sourdough.
- 12 Piece Kit: Includes two 9” banneton baskets (holds up to 2 lb), 2 washable linen liners, a metal scraper, flexible plastic scraper, beechwood scoring lame, protective cover and 4 spare blades. (New to proofing? We’ve included a beginner’s guide to get you started!)
- 100% Natural Rattan: Each basket is handmade with natural cane that’s odor, and splinter free. The ringed shape gives each loaf an effortlessly professional looking pattern. To clean, simply give them a quick hand rinse and air-dry.
- Perfect Crusts: Designed to create a slightly humid microclimate between the dough and basket during proofing. As the dough dries, a skin is formed on the bread, giving it that irresistible crispy crunch.
- The Kook Promise: We’ve carefully packaged this Proofing Set in custom polyfoam molds to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
