10 Pack Oval Banneton Bread Proofing Basket, 10in Sourdough Banneton Basket

About this item

• 【10-Basket Set for Batch Proofing】:Includes 10 oval banneton bread proofing baskets, each 10 in long, plus 10 matching cloth liners; set up several sourdough loaves for their final rise at the same time; a practical choice for large families, weekend bread prep, baking classes, and small-batch bakery workflows
• 【Smooth & Durable PP Material】: Made from durable polypropylene (PP) material, each bread proofing basket features carefully polished edges and a smooth, burr-free finish to help prevent snags on the included cloth liners. Designed for repeated dough proofing, with a sturdy construction that supports everyday home baking and small bakery use
• 【10 in Oval Shape for Batard Loaves】: Designed for elongated sourdough and country-style bread, the oval proofing basket cradles shaped dough as it rests before baking; supports the dough's batard profile rather than a round boule shape; suitable for home bakers practicing shaping, scoring, and artisan loaves
• 【Removable Liners for Easier Dough Release】: Place a cloth liner inside the basket and dust it lightly with flour before adding shaped dough; the fabric separates dough from the woven surface and helps reduce sticking as you turn out the loaf; remove the liner after proofing to shake out excess flour
• 【Simple Proofing and Care Routine】: Place shaped dough in a flour-dusted liner for its final rise, then turn it out onto parchment or a baking surface before scoring; brush away residual flour from the baskets and let them dry completely before storage; baskets are for dough proofing and must not go in the oven
